If you get a seat in jenpauh counselling but do not accept it then you will be automatically eligible for attending the the decentralized counselling if you inform the authority your unwillingness in stipulated time that  means in the mop up round counselling. In this round the seats which was not filled that time will be filled on

merit order basis and by the deemed and central universities counselling. That seats in the deemed university and Central University counselling will be filled up on the basis of merit. .
