Hi!
Suppose you get college X in first counseling then you have two options ( 1st.)either to allot that seat for yourself and fix it and not participating for the next counseling or further upgradation of the college and branches.
(2nd)alloting that seat and applying for further upgradation.
If in the 2nd counseling you are upgraded to better branches or to some college Y then again you will have to go for the same process you have done before.
And if in 2nd counseling you are not upgraded then you have to wait for further counseling.

Let's  say you get a seat in FIEM in your first round. But you pushed for the second round and in the second round you get Heritage. When you opted for the second round your first rpound seat will not be eligible anymore.
