If i get seat in CSAB 2019 and dont join the alloted college will i get refund (after proper application for refund) the full amount ?

I hope you've read the refund policy of CSAB, it clearly states that if a candidate gets any seat and doesn't joins it then his/his money would not refunded.
If a candidate doesn't gets any seat then his/her money would be refunded.
