if i get seat in first round in deemed university's can i participate in second round what about first round allotted seat

Yes , you can definately participate in second round of counselling , if you get a seat of your choice in second round , you can apply for withdrawl of the alloted seat in the first round. After withdrawl , you can take your documents back and can go go for registeration and further process in the next alloted college of your choice.
