You will have to go for other rounds of counselling if you want to change the seat. If you get seat in another round of counselling then your seat in the first round will get cancelled but if you do not get seat in any other college in the remaining rounds of counselling then you will have to join the college you got in the first round of the counselling you will not have nay choice and if you get seat in a college that you not good as the college  you got in the first round any you want admissions in the college you got in the first round then its not possible. When you get seat in another college in the second round then the college you got in the first round gets automatically cancelled and you cannot get that seat back.
