Since you have not mentioned the name of state so it is little bit difficult for us to guide yo with an accurate information because in some states you have to join the seat compulsorily if it is allotted to you in round 1st then only you can apply for upgradation but in some states you can proceed directly to round 2nd for AYUSH counselling so please help us with the name of state for which you are appearing and regarding which you are seeking information so that we can help you accurately.

States where you have to mandatorily join the allotted seat in round 1st itself are like Bihar, UP, here you will have to join the allotted seat otherwise your security money fill be forfeited and then you will also not be allowed to take part in round 2nd of the same NEET UG counselling.
