Hello Aspirant,

No you cannot do so because in India NEET result is only valid for one year so if you give two consecutive attempts of NEET and can't clear second attempt then also you cannot use the result of your first attempt because it was valid for only that academic year in which you had appeared for it. So make sure that you take admission from your very latest NEET score of that academic year.

If you are preparing for NEET then I am enlisting down some preparation tips which would help you in your preparation :-

> Go through the NEET Syllabus :- https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-syllabus

> Make a proper time-table to balance your studies and daily routine work and if you are preparing for NEET 2021 then give more time to studies as very less time is left for it.

> Go for the best study material which can make you more confident while solving the question of NEET because it will boost your moral https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-study-material

> Don't forget to make notes while studying because it will help you in memorizing the important things in the last time prior to exam.

> Solve previous year's question papers and sample papers as much as you can because it will enhance your self-confidence and time management skill which is very important to have for such national entrance exams https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-sample-paper https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-question-paper

> Don't forget to do exercise and yoga regularly to keep your body mentally and physically fit.
