Hello,
First of All I would like to tell you that the JEE Mains and Advanced Examination are scheduled such that the examination process is completed by May/June if not hampered by uncertain situations.
Also the eligibility criteria of the Examination states that XII appearing and XII passed candidates can only sit for the examination. And since you would qualify your XII examination in October it wouldn't be possible for you to take admission in colleges even if you qualify the Examination because you wouldn't have cleared your XII standard Examination.
