If i got 130 marks in neet 2025 , can i have chances for any medical course with defence quota , domicile of Maharashtra (ntD) category
Hello!
So according to your score that is 130 from NTD category and you have defence quota also still your chances of getting admission into government MBBS/BDS is not possible in NEET 2025 As cutt offs are usually higher.
You can try for courses like BAMS,BHMS, B.Sc nursing,BPT or B.V.SC

Hi dear candidate,
Your chances to get admission in courses like MBBS, BDS, BAMS etc. are very less.
Even with defence quota and Maharashtra domicile, the cut off for previous year was 277 marks for SC category which is still higher than yours.
You should look for paramedical courses like physiotherapy, nursing, lab assistant etc.

Hello Aspirant,
With 130 marks in NEET 2025, the chance for MBBS/BDS is anyway rather slim under Defence quota and NT-D. The usual cut-off for government medical seats, and even for reserved category/special quotas, is far too high. One may have an opportunity to pursue BAMS, BHMS, or B.Sc. Nursing in either private or semi-government colleges if cut-offs do go down or if further counselling rounds are held. For genuine information about the cut-off, always check official Maharashtra CET (https://cetcell.mahacet.org/) Cell updates.
With a score of 130 in NEET 2025, it is highly unlikely to secure a seat in any medical course (MBBS/BDS) through the All India Quota or State Quota, even with defense quota or NT-D (Nomadic Tribes - D) category reservation in Maharashtra.
While you are qualified to apply for counseling, government medical colleges are generally out of reach with this score. However, you may explore options in private or deemed medical colleges, or consider AYUSH courses (BAMS/BHMS).
You can use online NEET college predictor tool to get an idea of the colleges you might be eligible for based on your score and category.
