As per your expected score you can get a seat in private medical college that too a management quota seat under state counseling. Kindly share the details like your state, quota - category so that we could help you with your chances of admission in different private medical colleges. If you're a general category candidate then your chances of admission in private medical college are little less. But in case you belong to a reserved category then you may get a seat.
However the cutoff for admission changes from state to state and that from college to college depending upon factors like total number of seats available under state counseling for medical dental courses, the highest score in NEET, the number of candidates appeared and related such.
The cutoff will be released along with the results by NTA in the first week of June.

Your score is too low ,and you have very few chances of getting medical seat if you belong to reservation category,

If your belong to General category you need to score more than 500 to get seat under stare quota, above 600 to get seat under AIQ,
