If i got 47 percentile in jee mains 2019 am i eligible

Based on the percentile and considering you of general category,you will not qualify jee main.
Your rank may be around 600000 (based on assumption actual rank may vary)which is very much.
You should start your preparation for april attempt of jee main and try to score good in it.
