I regret to inform you that reputable universities will not accept you. You must apply to private colleges; if accepted, you will pay an expensive tuition for your education.
There are minimal requirements for both the JEE and the NEET.
The minimal percentage needed to apply for JEE Main is not specified. To sit for JEE Main, you need to have passed your 10+2 or its equivalent in maths, physics, and chemistry from an accredited board. Applicants can apply to JEE Main even if they are not taking the 10+2 test.
