Hope you are doing well. Well as per your question your percentile would be around 89 for 70marks in jee mains as it is a good score and as per jee predictable percentile it would be in the range of 88 and 89 as per your jee marks. And  the cutoff of jee mains sept. would be probably around 89 for general category as I am considering you in general category as you didn't mentioned so it depends on the range of percentile you will get. And also go through the websites as official cutoff will be declaring on sept 11 .While if you are from reserved category you can expect a lower cutoff. Hope you will qualify for jee advance.
