Well I am pretty sure that you cannot get a seat in any of the NIT, IIIT or GFTI which takes admission through the JOSAA counselling on the basis of JEE MAIN marks. I would say that still be hopeful as this is the first year for EWS so we will have the cut-off soon.
Also consider taking a drop or apply for some other counselling and colleges.
