Yeah definitely you can able to appear for the JEE Mains examination which will held in the month of April. But make sure one thing during the time of filling the application form of JEE you should select the option either you want to give both the sessions of JEE Mains or only the single session because it might have somewhat variations in the fee structure. The application form for the JEE MAINS April session will start from the February 8 - March 7.

Yes you can definitely as both attempts are allowed and scores from best of both exams shall be counted while counselling  

Maximum of 3 successive attempts every year is allowed for Jee Mains.
