There is no such rule for Wipro that you have to clear your 10+2 exam in first try or you can't appear form the improvement exams, but there will always be the students you have scoured better in the first try so you might get a back hand there as they were obviously preferred.

The requirement or the eligibility criteria for the applicant are:

• You have passed 10+2 with 60% or above average marks
• You have passed you graduation or post graduation (if applicable) with the aggregate of 60% marks or above
• You should nit have any backlogs at the time of applying for the job
