If I have given my NEET exam in 2023 and got a good rank but want to do MBBS in 2025 . will my given NEET exam and my rank still applicable for admission ??

No your NEET result is only valid for single year in India so if you are going to appear for NEET 2023 then you can only take admission to MBBS course in the same year i.e. 2023 and if you want to take admission in 2025 then you will have to appear in NEET 2021 as well. Also note one thing, till now there is no upper age limit to appear for NEET but the petition is still pending in Hon'ble Supreme Court and if it passes the decision before 2023 or 2025 by defining the upper age limit for NEET then if you would cross the age limit then you might not be able to appear for NEET.
So make your decision from all aspects.
