Hello there ,

Hope you are doing well . See , the cutoffs this year are expected to be somewhat similar to last year's . I'll firstly mention the state quota cutoffs of both Haryana and Uttar Pradesh post NEET-2020 first .

In Haryana , the cutoff score for a government medical seat for a general category student through State quota counselling was 600 with a closing AIR of 19770.

In Uttar Pradesh, cutoff score for general category student through State quota counselling was 610 with a closing AIR of 15450 .

But , this year 9 new medical colleges have been inaugurated in Uttar Pradesh and are going to take admissions . So the cutoff in Uttar Pradesh is expected to reduce significantly .

So , in my opinion you should opt for Uttar Pradesh .

Also , if you have a 605+ score , you'll be able to get a government medical seat in either of the states through AIQ as from this year onwards 4 rounds in AIQ counselling are going to be conducted resulting in reduced AIQ cutoff score . Rest is totally your personal choice .

Also , You can have details of the colleges you can get into based on your NEET AIR and category both through AIQ and SQ of your state  from the link given below :

Hope my answer helped.

Hello aspirant!
Hope you are doing well

I think you are asking about Haryana and Up. So haryana is better choice according to me because it has comparatively low cutoff than Up.
Delhi, Rajasthan and Uttarpradesh are some of the high cutoff states.
So it will be beneficial to participate in Haryana counseling rather than Uttar pradesh.

Further here are some links which will help you in knowing your admission chances
