if I have scored a 89.59 percentile (not cleared jee mains ),am I eligible for jee advance ?

JEE Main 2019 Qualifying cutoff is 89.7548849 as General Category. You should meet the cutoff to be eligible for JEE Advance & for JOSSA counselling. You can also use JEE Main college Predictor tool given below to know about the admission possibilities in state level counselling.
