You can apply for REAP 2020 even if you don't have domicile certificate but you cannot claim state reservations without providing a domicile certificate. So,  if you have qualified in JEE main or score decent marks in class 12. You can apply for it provided you must fulfill other eligibility criteria. If you are going to apply for Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP) 2020 than you must have your category certificate and domicile certificate of same state.

Your these certificates will be asked for verification during seat allotment. If you don't have your domicile certificate of Rajasthan than you can apply for it in nearest Common Service Center (CSC).
