If you want to prepare for the CUET PG exam for an MPH program then you  should focus on the coqp 19 syllabus because it aligns better with requirements of a post graduate program in public health MPH .IT  cover subjects like general aptitude research methodology and domains specific subjects related to the health science. COQP11 is mostly design for specific undergraduate program the may not be relevant as preparing for an mph program.
