if i have to write the exam of TNEA i have to submit all the original certificates and mark sheet but i just now finish my HSC how can i?

I would suggest you wait until you receive you matksheet and result. Also the authorities do not submit your original matksheet at the Facilitation Center. They only veryfy the details by matching it with the original ones. If your query is still not answered, you must contact the authorities for all information.
