Yes you can give jee mains even if you had joined a college and pursuing your undergraduation.

But you should be eligible to the jee.

Recently I gave mht cet but Iam not sure about it that I will get nice college based upon that exam
If I will get any government college or Private college I can give jee advance in b-tec first year ?
