Ok first of all u are yourself is the cause of your problem now to solve it :
1. Do hardwork to get at least 75% in board but never practice for this 75 try to do more hard and hard....
2. U should appear in JEE exam or any other so that if u even not qualify than some college like NSIT may offer u a course for b.tech
3. If u don't want to do b.tech than go for b.arch, bba other that involve less study.

*U can even change ur stream but for this u should have a high percentage to overcome the reduction due to stream change
