If i not participated in the 1st counselling or not get seat with my options, is there any chance to me participate in 2 nd counselling ?

Thanks for contacting us.
Obviously there is chance ,since you can apply for round also there is no that if not selected in first roumd then you camt apply for second or third round .
So you can go to last round also .
