Dear aspirant,
Qualification for JEE advanced is dependent on the relative performance. Hence, it is very hard to predict if you'll qualify or not. If you have attempted only mcq questions, you could attended a sum total of 60 questions at max, which is about 240 marks. Assuming that you attempted 45 questions and 35 are right, you have a chance of getting 130, which should be good enough for you to qualify the exam. In short, yes it possible to qualify for JEE Advanced just with mcq but you must have attemptes a lot of questions and must have gotten a lot of right answers in them.
