if i pass jee mains but i am unable to crack jee advance then can i take admission in any NIT collage through old jee mains rank or i have to give jee mains again.

No you don't have to give JEE mains again. JEE mains is basically a eligibility criteria for appearing for JEE advance.And JEE advance is for getting admission in 23 IITs. So if you are clearing JEE mains but fail to clear JEE advance then also you are eligible for other colleges with JEE mains score

The simple answer to your query is yes. If you have qualified your JEE MAIN exam and have got a good score, then undoubtedly you will get an NIT or any other government college no matter if you give your JEE Advance or not. You don't need to give your JEE MAIN exam again if you have already qualified for it.
