For refund of fees from SRM University, you will have to first fill a form and send it to them through post. You can download the form from the website. The link is below.

Further, the website mentions:
Download & fill the refund form and post it along with the original documents mentioned in the refund form to the following address while the scanned copy of the same can be emailed to

They will then effect the refund only through RTGS or NEFT. This process might take 30 days from the date of cancellation of admission. You will not have to visit the campus. Only follow the instructions mentioned in the I mentioned above. If you face any problem, don't hesitate to contact them directly and timely.
