If I Practice Dr Ali's Bilology book for NEET then would I will be able to correct 70 questions out of 90 or 50 out of 90 ???

After covering NCERT, you may refer to other books. In order to assess your preparation at any level, you can give mocks - that will help you gain insight of your preparation level. How many questions will you be able to answer? - It depends on the way of studying. In order to correct your strategy give mocks from time to time. This will help you prepare as per your target.
