No you can't get the stipend as all the stipends are cancelled by TANCET from now. So  there will not be any stipend for gate qualified students.

As with the new rules appplied by the central govt you cant get any stipend in Gate even if you qualified in Gate 2020 and you will get finnancial assistance only and either with TANCET also you will not going to get any stipend, you will get some fees relaxation. There will be no connection between Gate and Tancet and getting better rank in Gate make your future more brighter and getting qualify in Tancet you are able to do masters with some fees relaxation.
