Cutoff varies every year ,it depends upon the number of students appearing for the exam as well as on the difficulty level of the exam .

Belonging to a general category the minimum scoring marks is 50th percentile which is almost 120 marks according to NEET 2018 .

The marks you have mentioned is good .Try to secure marks somewhat around this range so as to increase your chances of getting a college of your choice.
