Your NEET score, your Category and tie breaking situations determine a rank not just in NEET but every entrance examination. So with 600 marks it depends on all these factors. And it is tough to put a rank on this score without knowing other details. But it might be below 25,000. Because the exam is for 720 marks and even 2 student score the same score, the next rank might be skipped. So it would be between 20000-25000.
