Hello there,
You have not mentioned your category, and your home state. With 350 marks in NEET, it will be difficult for you to get any good medical college. For Government Colleges, you need to score atleast 600+ marks. You may get some private colleges, but their fees are too high. It would be better if you drop an year, and score a good rank in the next year.
