As you have mentioned that you had passed your class 12th in 2020 so even if you appear for improvement but your passing year will be considered as 2020 and according to which you are eligible to appear for JEE-Main till 2022 and for JEE-Advance till this year only because as per the eligibility criteria for JEE-Advance this year 75% criteria has been waived off due to the ongoing pandemic so even if you had passed class 12th in 2020 with less than 75% then also you are eligible for JEE-Advance 2021 provided that you also qualify JEE-Main 2021.To give you an idea of JEE-Main 2021 expected qualifying cut-offs are mentioned below :-
