if I scored AIR 1 in IIT jee but also less than 75% in class 12.in this case I can enter into IIT khargpur or not.please explain me.

For getting into any IIT, NIT and IIIT you should have scored 75% in your 12th board if you are a part of CBSE and ISC boards. But if you study under state boards you must be within 20 percentile of your state rank. You can check 20 percentile of your state board from JOSAA website.

Considering all this if you don't satisfy these 12th board criteria, you can't join IIT kharagpur even if you score 1st rank in IIT JEE. So, you must satisfy these criteria and score more than 75%.
