Hi Mayank
Firstly, difficulty level in JEE main is unpredictable.
Studying from NCERT books covers the most basic and important concepts of your exam. Infact few questions in your JEE mains are your direct questions from NCERT. So understanding and practice all the concepts from your NCERT books . Learn all the formulas, practice all the questions, keep reading your chapters and solve each and every doubt, consult your teachers take help from reference books.
Apart from your NCERT books, try to solve maximum number of previous year question papers. And also give mock tests regularly.
And one most important thing is your time management. Make proper schedule. Set your targets for everyday, try to solve fixed number of questions everyday within a fixed time period.
JEE mains test your pressure handling skills. So focus more on understanding and practicing. Avoid mugging up and don't think of important topics because each and every topic in your book is important. Each and every formula is important. So focus on understanding and learning.
Complete your NCERT syllabus, take help from a few reference books.
And previous year question papers and mock test are very important. So solve them. Keep practicing, keep revising, prepare short notes, and manage your time properly.
Start from basics and cover all the topics,  take help from online lectures by IIT professors, and that too free of cost.
So work hard, manage your time and prepare all the topics , understand and practice as much as you can.
All The Best!!

Hi Mayank

According to me If you will read Only ncert you can perform very well in Chemistry and few chapters of Physics(like EM waves,Semiconductors,Modern physics,Communication system)but for maths and remaining chapters of physics you will have to study more than that of ncert according to recent years question papers.

All the best

Hope it helps
