Yes, you can apply for B.Com (Hons) even if you took Basic Mathematics in Class 10, as most universities, including Sri Venkateshwar University, Delhi, consider your Class 12 subjects for eligibility, not Class 10. What matters is that you meet the minimum percentage criteria in Class 12 commerce or related streams.

Hello,

For B.Com (Hons.) at Delhi University colleges like Sri Venkateswara College, Mathematics or Applied Mathematics in Class 12 is compulsory .

If you had Basic Maths in Class 10 but did not study Mathematics/Applied Mathematics in Class 12, then you will not be eligible for B.Com (Hons.).

Hope it helps !

Hello dear candidate,

NO, choosing basic or standard maths in class 10th will not affect you admission in B.Com. hons in any college.

what matters is your 12th marks/percent and your CUET marks.

I hope you find this helpful.

Thank you.
