Hiiii

Yes for JEE Mains, the subjects required is only Physics , Chemistry, Maths.
You dont need biology for JEE Mains. If you have subject combination PCM or PCMB you can apply for JEE mains but biology is not compulsory.
Incase you wish to go for B.Tech biotechnology then in some colleges they do ask for both Biology as well as Maths. So choose accordingly.
