If I was born in 29 september 2006 will I be able for [NSEJS] exam in 2021-2022 session

Hello,

Only Indian citizens born on or before December 31, 2011 and are students studying in Class X or lower as of November 30, 2021, can apply and appear for NSEJS 2021 − 2022.  NSEJS 2021 exam date is January 17, 2021. - IAPT will declare the National Standard Examination in Junior Science or NSEJS 2021 result online tentatively in March 2021. Students will be able to view their NSEJS scores and result on iaptexam.in.  NSEJS MI and MAS marks will also be released on the official website. Final NSEJS result 2021 will be made available in the form of a merit list. The results will be declared after 8-12 weeks after the exam.

OK sir, but I have a doubt that when i have checked in [NSEJS] website it shows that exam will be on november month and
only childrens born between 1 january 2007 and 31 december 2008 will be eligible for a [NSEJS] test.
so,please clear my doubt
