if i will completed my graduation with BCA then i am eligible for the examination of AFCAT for flying branch or not

The eligibility criteria for AFCAT Flying branch states that you need to have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum aggregate of 60% and should have studied Physics and Mathematics in your 12th. You should be between 20-24 years. 162.5 cns is the expected height with correlated weight and 6/6 vision in 1 eye and 6/9 in other eye are mandatory.
