See you are appearing for NIOS 10+2 in 2021. Thus as per the JEE ADVANCED examination rules you are eligible for the year of appearing board examinations i.e., 2021 and 1 year post board examinations i.e., 2022. Thus you are eligible for the year 2022 and you have only one attempt for it. Now for JEE MAINS you can give the examination only for 3 consecutive. Thus if you apply for JEE MAINS 2022 then you will eligible for 2022,2023 and 2024.
So yeah! you are eligible for both JEE ADVANCE and JEE MAINS 2022.
