You can contest via All India 15 % quota, which pools 15% seats from all the government medical colleges across the nation except the states of Jammu and kashmir, Telangana.
Also, you are eligible to contest for the 85% quota of the state for which you hold a valid domicile certificate.
However, one thing to keep in mind is that, you can gain admission FROM ONLY ONE CHANNEL, it can be either state level or national level.

Dear Tatavarti
Yes you can participate in both councelling, but you will have to leave either of the seats. And be aware on when is the last date to leave the seat. Many students get stuck if they are not aware on surrender dates.
All the Best.

Yes you can appear in both rounds of counseling but you have to forfeit the seat at obtained through either one of them at a stipulated date on the site and in a manner which is mentioned on the site to avail the seat on the other so please be double sure and clear all your clarifications before you fix receipt via any one type of counseling before you go into depth with the other

Yes you can apply for both state quota  as well as all india quota .

But at last you have to choose only one college either through state quota or through all india rank .

All the best .

Yeah , you can apply for 85% quota as well as 15% . The only difference is of minimum marks required , so if you are clearing for both.  You can get the college in your state as well as in overall india . All the best for future !!
