If in mp neet ug counselling I have done registration from beginning round 1 and college not alloted then can I take part till mop round 2

Yes, If you have once registered in the counseling you are eligible to participate till the last round of the counseling only if you haven't taken admission in any other college. You have mentioned that you have not got any other college in the earlier rounds so yes you are fully eligible to participate in the counseling till MOP round 2.
