Hello,
First of all talking about the seat matrix for 3 years llb program ,there are 300 seats each for llb in chandigarh campus, 60 each in regional centre.
If you do not make it to the chandigarh campus. Then you can try for the regional centres in the subsequent councelling rounds. Hopefully you might land up in any one of those centres. If this also does not work then there are many good law colleges in india you can definitely opt out for them.
