If I've filled up form for 3rd session of jee exam but due to some problem I was unable to give that exam. so can I give the 4th session exam through that form ?

We regret to inform you that you cannot appear for fourth session of JEE Main if you have missed to appear for JEE Main third session. Once cannot take re-test in next JEE Main session in case he/she couldn't appear for a particular session. You can appear for fourth session if you have applied for JEE Main fourth session when the application portal was open from July 9, 2021 to July 20, 2021. If you haven't applied for fourth session then you cannot appear for JEE Main fourth session.
