Explanation

If kidneys fail to reabsorb water, then volume of the blood decreases which causes increase in the concentration of plasma and thus concentration of urine  decreases which cause  frequent urination and as a result of dehydration the tissues shrink and shrivel.

Thus , correct option is 'Shrink and shrivel'
