Hello,.

You have not mentioned your category any where,so i assume it to be general.

Being a general candidate you might not get admission in a government college but you might land up in a private medical college .

If you are from a reserved catagory then case would be different.

If i talk about bams ,then Yes with this rank ,you have good chances of getting a bams government seat.

The expected cutoff marks for admission into bams course for general category students is around 300 for private colleges it's around 250.

For reserved categories it would be even lesser.

You have scored enough to get a government seat for bams course.

Cutoffs vary from college to college .The cutoff changes almost every year,so nothing can be predicted much.cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
