Dear, as per the rule of scholarships if the annual income is less than 2 lakhs then you don't have  to pay the complete amount of the tuition fees, sometimes you need not to pay the tuition fees as well. But in general there is less chance to avail scholarship in Hostel fees too. But if there is a change in the rule , you can avail that.
