134 is a low score.You won't get any private MBBS or bds colleges with this marks. But you can go for management quota seats which charge high amounts.The five year course will take almost a crore. If you are opting for management quota seats then the admission fee will be more. So yes you can study MBBS in 2-3 crores in average.
