if my rank is 36395 in jee mains with category SC will i get NIT

Your if you have mentioned your AIR then you will definately get NITs, IIITs and other GFTIs for sure. Some of the good colleges are NIT rourkela, NIT jamshedpur, NIT patna etc where you have higher chances of getting admissions.

If your sc category rank is 36395, As per the previous year cutoff as a SC category the chance seems less to get a seat in NIT .
